Carob may not be for all with it's deep, earthy sweetness. However, for those that appreciate this taste, it boasts of multiple health benefits. Carob is high in antioxidants, B vitamins, is caffeine free and great for the digestive system.

Making CAROBwithtiss

Such a simple, smooth blend as a light brekkie or snack!

1. In a blender put 1 x frozen banana, 2tbsp Carob powder, 1tbsp nut butter of choice and 1 cup of almond milk of choice.

​

2. Optional to add 1-2 pitted medjool dates. 

​

3. Blend until smooth.

​
