This vegan twist makes them a slightly healthier alternative to the traditional choc-chip cookie.

You really can't go wrong with Choc Chip Cookies. Nothing more to say...😋


1. In a bowl mix 1/2 cup coconut sugar with 1/2 cup melted coconut oil.

2. Whisk into the mix 1/4 cup almond milk and 1tsp vanilla extract.

3. Sift in 1.5 cups of flour of choice and 1/2 tsp baking soda.

4. Fold in about 1/2 cup vegan choc chips.

5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and form mounds of cookie batter.

6. Bake for 15 minutes at about 180 degrees.
