Nothing beats a simple, sweet, homemade Granola!
I usually make a big batch of this at the beginning of the week and there is quick morning breakfast sorted!
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and mint leaves to take it to the next level!

Making GRANOLAwithtiss
Simple but delicious!
1. Mix 1.5 cups rolled oats with 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1tbsp coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp sea salt and a handful of your favourite nuts and seeds (this could be chia, sesame, almonds, walnuts, pepitas, cashews, etc!).

2. In a saucepan heat 4tbsp coconut oil, 1/3 cup maple syrup and 1tbsp pure vanilla extract.

3. Once heated, pour over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
​
4. Cook on a baking tray with baking paper for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Allow to cool and then ENJOY!
