Making THAICURRYwithtiss
The warming spices of a Thai Green Curry will nourish the soul and cleanse the body. Enjoy!
1. Fry 4tbsp of green curry paste in sesame oil.

2. Add 1.5 cups of water, 1tbsp of rapadura sugar and 1tbsp of soy sauce.
​
3. Add tofu, zucchini, bamboo shoots and broccolini.
​
4. Stir through coconut milk.
​
5. Add a dash of lime juice.
​
6. Serve with bean sprouts and coriander.
​
TIPSwithtiss: I also like to serve this with Konjac rice (a veggie!) which has been shown to reduce cholesterol.
